Entry Requirements
To be considered for admission to one of our Executive MBA programs, we carefully evaluate your:
- Academic background
- Work experience
- Interpersonal, intercultural, and communication skills
We generally expect applicants to demonstrate a solid career progression and the commitment to pursue an MBA alongside their demanding schedules.
The minimum requirements for our Executive MBA programs include:
- An undergraduate university degree (e.g., bachelor's degree)
- A minimum of 5 years of work experience (3 years for the Executive MBA with Specialization Options)
- Proficiency in written and spoken English (German for EMBA Health Care Management)

Application Procedure
How can you apply for an Executive MBA at the WU Executive Academy?
- Online application: Begin the application process by completing our online application form and submitting the EUR 200 application fee via credit card.
- Document submission: Once you've submitted your online application, please email all required documents to the appropriate program manager. They will review your materials to ensure they meet our admission requirements.
- Personal interview: If you meet the initial criteria, you will be invited for a personal interview with the academic director, program manager and/or alumni.
- Admission offer: Shortly after the interview, you will be notified of our decision. If admitted, we will provide you with essential instructions on how to secure your spot in the MBA program.
