Candidates from Southern or East Africa with good ties to the region will be considered (i.e. from Angola, Botswana, Burundi, Kenya, Lesotho, Madagascar, Malawi, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Rwanda, Swaziland, South Africa, Tanzania, The Seychelles, Uganda, Zambia, Zimbabwe). They will be required to justify why they need financial support.
