Applicants should be female candidates who demonstrate notable professional/personal/academic achievements, find themselves in a growing point in their professional career or entrepreneurial endeavor, and exhibit leadership skills through involvement in their community/workplace, extracurricular activities, volunteer positions, and/or work experience. Financial need will be taken into consideration.
