POST MBA Careers

Hello Duncan, I have an overall of 15+ years of work experience in India, in the field of IT-Business Development and as a social entrepreneur as well. Recently, I have received admission letters from Strathclyde and Bath to pursue MBA. My goal is to change career line from IT to Consulting and work in the UK market for at least 4-5 years. Please suggest, which of the above two are good to make consulting as my career. I have no intention of taking GMAT.

There is a lot of discussion on these two schools already:

https://find-mba.com/board/uk-ireland/which-uni-is-better-for-a-mba-bath-lancaster-strathclyde-leeds-birmingham-plz-help-prioritize-59256

The consensus is that while Strath might have the slight edge, neither is particularly notable for helping international students make a transition into the UK.

Landing a consulting job might be a challenge, either way. Maybe consider a school that's ranked in the FT Global MBA ranking if this is your goal. The higher ranked, the better. LBS for the Big Three, but Warwick and Imperial would also be worth considering.
