So 30,000 euro? There are some great MBAs around that price: Durham, UCD, Trinity, Audencia, MIP, Lancaster, Edinburgh and HHL are top of my list.

Thanks for the suggestion!!!
I am currently working in an Auto Industry and wish to work in the same domain as Product Manager.
So, was thinking about Germany and hence have started learning the language as well.
Do you think Pforzheim and Esslingen are good choices as well?

Yes, if you're looking for a functional role rather than a managerial position then those are good options.
PS Invest the money you save on fees on an intensive German course, and also invest in accent reduction. A warning for you: the DSH exam is all about listening and writing, but conversational skill and accent reduction is something we foreigners need to work on heavily.

Hi Duncan,
I am engineer with 2 years work ex.
I gave gmat inmay and got 530.I considered to retske and was able to score decent ,however i got only 540 ongmat onmy second attempt.
Should i consider to raetake or to find a college with this score.
I am interested in German B schools....
EBS wont givescholarshipat this score and hence is a costly affair
Shall I consider Pforzheim. I have had mixed reviews about it thoough. Its fee is less, thats a good thing
I want to ask that as its a 2yr course and you have mentioned that they give german classes, Is landing with a job very rare for outsiders passed from Pforzheim or we can?
Also........with my this profile,do i have a chance in TiasNimbasor Nynerode?

To get into Pforzheim or a better school you'd need to improve your English (on the basis of the way you write, I assume this is holding down your GMAT score). Employment is quite good from these schools, but you'd need to speak the local business language well before arriving.

Hi,
Thank you for your reply.
I will surely work on it,however I think you had a hard time
going through my last post because of space bar issue :(
But I will definitely keep that in mind and work on it. :)
Also I would like to add that, I also wanted to know that
upon my profile. 2 year exp. + 540 gmat and IELTS score of 7.
Do I stand a chance for the above mentioned Schools, i.e. Pforzheim and TiasNimbas?
I also wanted to know that ESMT is starting its first MIM batch
from Sept'14 with a preference for the STEM students, So although their MBA surely requires a higher score, Do I have a chance to their MIM course?
Thanks
Abhiraj

No, I don't think you're a competitive candidate at any of those schools.

What makes you to say that?
Is it my low GMAT score, any other thing in particular???

Duncan,
I have read all of your post and I?m extremely thankful for all your advices. I?m thinking of doing an MBA in Germany and my goal is to work in Germany after the MBA. For you, what is the best MBA? I?m from Argentina (27 years old). I have 2 years of experience in a consulting company. My GPA in BA is not so good but I have a GMAT of 730 and pass the CFA Level III. I?m fluent in Spanish, German and English.
I?m thinking of applying in 2014.
Thanks for all your help!
