The American schools you are applying to are, of course, not major suppliers to the firms you are targeting (http://www.find-mba.com/specializations/56/consulting). In the German context, you are targeting the top German schools. However, they will want people with perfect written and and spoken German. Take a look at Do you need to speak the local language? www.find-mba.com/board/34713

As long as you are studying German full-time, in Germany, then the German path is better. If not, neither strategy is likely to get you to your goal.

Do these firms hire from top german school like manheein or other school like HHL or WHU
What is your option of comparing HHL or WHU with manheein.

I also want to know if MBA in HHL or WHU brings same type of career option as manheein.

Do all these school as famous for MSC rathar than MBA,
and Do these companies recurits MSC student rathar than MBA

There's so much discussion on these top Germany schools on the Europe board; no need to repeat it here. These three, and ESMT, are the top German schools. They have similar outcomes. Consulting companies recruit MSc and MBA graduates but, of course, MBAs get more senior roles.
