I just saw a list of the top 10 schools in the 2016 US News ranking. It's in alphabetical order, and they're not showing the actual ranking until the publish the list next week but here they are:
Columbia University (NY)
Dartmouth College (Tuck) (NH)
Harvard University (MA)
Massachusetts Institute of Technology (Sloan)
Northwestern University (Kellogg) (IL)
Stanford University (CA)
University of California—Berkeley (Haas)
University of Chicago (Booth)
University of Pennsylvania (Wharton)
University of Virginia (Darden)
Almost exactly the same as last year and the year before, except that Darden's replaced NYU Stern.

Interesting. Darden's now a top-10 school in US News, and Duke - Fuqua leads Businessweek's ranking. Wouldn't have expected either of these things to happen, even a couple of years ago...

Yes, not much has happened in the top 20. But a few schools dropped out of the list this year: a few California schools like Claremont Drucker, Pepperdine, and San Diego State, along with Albany and Delaware.
In any case, given this ranking's methodology, I think that the Businessweek ranking is a much more reliable indicator of US business schools.

In fact, I'd argue exactly the opposite, given that US News takes post-MBA salary into account, and Businessweek does not.
