No, of course not. I mean the University of Edinburgh. It's a triple-accredited business school at the country's top university: http://www.business-school.ed.ac.uk/mba/full-time

You need to be looking at much better programmes. Ideally an MBA. Do you have the CFA charter? http://rankings.ft.com/businessschoolrankings/masters-in-finance-pre-experience-2013
If you are looking at MSc degrees, with the choice is really the University of Edinburgh or Strathclyde. Don;t touch schools without international accreditation, like Heriott Watt. Read http://rankings.ft.com/businessschoolrankings/masters-in-finance-pre-experience-2013
Scotland will do well with or without independence but, if the referendum votes for it, it will take some years before that happens.

Thanks for your prompt response, I do not have a CFA chatter, just a Bsc Econs, you think either an Msc or MBA from top schools in Scotland May guarantee me a placement there at the completion of the program? I really wish I could afford to hire you for a more personalized service, in any case thank you very much for the time spared!

There are no guarantees: for that, you need to go to a top Indian school. You can see the % employed on the rankings.

With 10 years of work experience, I'd fear that you would find yourself outside the normal range for the MSc programs. These are designed more for recent graduates and people in the early stages of their careers. I would think that an MBA would be more appropriate for you.
I have decided on Scotland because I'm hoping they will pull through with their independence come September, I believe they will be more friendly in terms of immigration all things being equal
That's a very tentative basis for picking a school!

Thanks Ezra, what are the other more permanent things you think I should put into consideration, aside the cost, school ranking and likely value addition,
In the meantime, my application is already @ an advance stage for both MBA/MSc @ strathclyde Uni......
