All of the schools you mentioned will have a huge student population of Indians. At any of these schools, half of the MBA class will be Indian.
True, but for Indian students, the benefits of networking internationally usually outweigh those of being with a homogenous cohort - especially if the OP is not considering top Indian schools like ISB or IIM-A.

I agree with Ezra here. This person's goals are to "develop my skills and also have broader knowledge of international markets". In a cohort composed mostly of Indians, the programme will have a twist towards hard skills and away from soft skills, and by definition the discussion looks at the world from a less international viewpoint. With a higher quality cohort (in particular, with a more international cohort with a higher average verbal score on the GMAT) then he will be able to better meet his goals.
