Just checked your last update about post work permit being scrapped in UK. Sorry have not heard about it anywhere, though there are landmark changes happening to immigration laws in UK. Could you please help me with the source of information. It will help me in deciding in/out thing.
Anusha,
Congrats.. waht are your plan.. Do you hold offer from any other university too.. Though my research say Strathclyde is one of the best.. Infact average ranking in ft is 41 world over.

Parulsh-
Hope thats not the case..Well I did apply in Nov and to my surprise the processs was very fast.. I would suggest you to drop a mail to admission team and check..
Anusha-
90% i am going for it.. Yes, I have few other offers too but the fee is very high so this is the most rational choice. sure there will be struggle to get a job in UK becuase universities don't provide placements. But I belive its worth a risk...

Hi All,
I have got an offer from Strathclyde MBA for 2011 September.. What do you all suggest?
Pleas post in your comments...
Regards,
Anusha
Hi Anusha, Congrats for the offer, no doubt Strath is one of the best B-Schools in the UK, but if you are looking for jobs in the uk after work then i would suggest that england would be a better place to study than Scotland.

Hey parulsh.. I am not sure on what to say... Cos cant take a chance to invest so much and then end in nothing too.... A bit confused.. U spoke to Ex students to Strath?? Which year passed out and have they secured a reasonable job?? How is the job scenario now?? Cos I heard from a few current students that the scenario is really bad in finding a job!! Anybody else over here current students from Strath to clarify the same???

Anusha
All this depends on what and where you are looking to move.
And funds importance for you. If you have extra money to invest and wish to do a business in your home country, you will be fine. But if it's your hard saving and you are dreaming to recover it from here, I would say it would be a very high risk (just impossible).
