Reems,
Repeat your GMAT. Many people reach +650 by repeating 3 or more times, but with 620+ you may also apply to many schools.

Dear Reems,
An MBA will open many more doors for you compared to an MSc.
Try retaking the GMAT and parallely apply to various institutions.
Strathclyde Business School (FT 2008 rank #30) doesn't require GMAT.
Also the international MBA at Manchester doesn't require a GMAT. This is not Manchester's flagship MBA program, but a different 1 year International MBA.
hope this helps,
stuart
Hi stuart... i visited the below websites but unfortunately.. None of the minimum Gmat requirement is 650 and i have got 540 but however i am planning to retake gmat again. So i am thinking of applying to schools which do not require gmat or accept gmat scores. I have 3 years of work experience with with Blue chip companies but at entry level.. Hence was contemplating between doing an MSC or MBA also keeping the employment prospects in mind

hi stuart.. thanks for your continous support. Well i did apply to many good uk colleges Like nottingham, durham, edinburg and lancaster. But have got rejects from all of them. Stating that i lack managerial experience. Though i do have 3 years experience but at entry level at blue chip companies like JP Morgan and Crisil. Hence i thought of doing an MSC and reappearing for GMAT.
I could email you my resume if you could provide me with your email address.. or you could send me a test mail at [email protected]. for further reference.
Please advice me on the further course of action from your perspective and experience.
Really gratefull for all the guidance and help

Hello,
Any body here considering US MBA, good luck! There are no jobs in the U.S. right now. MBA is not going to help you get a well paying job. Top business school costs 80,000 dollars in U.S. It is not worth it for the money that you will be spending. I live in the U.S. and I see recent graduates from top schools are now sitting home.
