The Master of Business Administration program at Mount Saint Mary’s University, Los Angeles, is nationally recognized and leads other institutions with its innovative, module-based approach to learning. It is designed to empower ambitious working professionals with the tools they need to lead their organizations and manage the multitude issues confronted by today’s business leaders.

For more than 60 years, Mount Saint Mary’s has been helping to educate leaders and executives with a values-based curriculum.

Modules are designed to help business professionals integrate external business information with the strengths and opportunities of their organizations; and by blending business disciplines that are traditionally kept separate (i.e. marketing, finance, business law), you will develop a more comprehensive view of how disciplines come together in a real business environment.

  • Module 1 – Setting the Stage: Understanding the External Global Business Environment
  • Module 2 – Designing the Organization’s Future: Internal Strategy
  • Module 3 – Implementation of Strategy
  • Module 4 – Culminating Consulting Project and Concentration

Once students are in Module 4, they can choose from the following MBA concentrations:

  • Entrepreneurship and Social Entrepreneurship
  • Organizational Leadership
  • Project Management

The program culminates in a final project addressing a challenge or opportunity in either your own organization or that of a student colleague.

Designed with busy professionals in mind, our MBA program offers two formats – a weekend-only and an evening/hybrid format. Class sessions in the weekend-only format meet on alternating weekends, whereas class sessions in the evening/hybrid program meet on evenings and online. Both programs are based at our convenient Doheny campus in Downtown Los Angeles. Both program also affords students the opportunity to do an international field-study that examines global competition.

Total tuition for the entire program is $37,800 (2015-16), and is inclusive of room and board for the international field-study, campus parking, and all student fees.† Our MBA program is one of the most competitively priced, and value-added, business programs in the country for working professionals.

Students who do not have a undergraduate degree in Business, or the necessary prerequisite courses, can take Business Foundations courses at Mount Saint Mary's University as part of the MBA program. Foundation courses extend time-to-degree by an additional 2-3 months, depending when the student enters the program.
