The International Full-Time MBA is a fast-track 12-month program entirely taught in English and is designed to train the managers of the future with the mindset and technical skills, to be able to motivate themselves and people in a more meaningful way.

The International Part-Time MBA is the 20-month program that offers a perfect blend of face-to-face lessons – given on one weekend a month – combined with distance learning modules and designed for talented professionals who want to acquire top managerial skills without interrupting their careers. Students have the chance to live a truly international experience thanks to two International Weeks scheduled as per didactic calendar, colleagues from all around the world, lectures held by Visiting Professors from partner business schools and a wide offer of exchange programs, including an intensive experience in Silicon Valley. Students will have also the unique opportunity to attend in-company classes and learn directly from the experience of the managers from relevant multinational companies.

The International Flex Executive MBA is the 20-month distance learning Executive MBA designed and delivered in partnership with Amazon, Microsoft, Moleskine and Vodafone, aimed at managers who want to combine international studies with work commitments, using one of the most advanced e-learning platforms in the world, developed with Microsoft technology. The program ranked 9th in the world, among the top 4 in Europe and 1st in Italy by The Financial Times in the category of online MBAs and 5th in the world according to QS Online MBA Ranking 2020. Focused on the topics of artificial intelligence and digital transformation, i-Flex trains students both on the hard as well as the soft competencies, in order to prepare a well-rounded manager, ready to manage change and complexity. Candidates can choose when, where and how to attend the lessons and have total freedom in deciding when to access the material, dovetailing their studies with their family and work. Admission to the MBA is limited to a predetermined number of students. This ensures the optimal development of each student while enriching the group’s learning process. All elements of the online application are carefully studied so we highly recommend that you fill it out carefully and provide us with any extra material you believe might help your candidature.

Complete the Online Application (www.applyformasters.net) uploading your updated CV/resume. You will also need to pay the application fee which can be paid online on the application platform itself. You must upload at least your updated CV for initial activation of application while the rest of the documents can be sent after the motivational interview

STEP 2: SCREENING OF CANDIDATURE
You will be informed whether you have been selected for the Motivational Interview by our admissions team in due time.

STEP 4: FINAL DECISION
Once the Admissions Team receives feedback from the interviewer, your application will be evaluated and then presented to the Admissions Committee who then decides whether to accept or reject each candidate. The selection is based on the evaluation of the professional and academic background, motivational interview performance with the Admissions Team and an aptitude test score (GMAT/GRE/POLIMI GSoM Test). The selection result depends on the score given on each of the above mentioned elements and can be positive or negative. You will be advised by e-mail of the final decision on your application.
