The UC Berkeley Haas School of Business has announced that it has re-designed its MBA program, to integrate more leadership-oriented aspects into the curriculum.
Over the past 18 months, the Haas faculty has been developing what it has termed its "Berkeley Innovative Leader Development" (BILD for short), by which it hopes to use the school's unique culture to develop leadership skills.
According to the school's website, two core curriculum classes (Leading People, and Leadership Communications,) have been entirely restructured, and new requirements have been introduced.
