Due to some unforeseen circumstances I'm just now getting my applications ready. I've shortlisted Cornell, Ross, and Emory. Emory is my safety school.
At this point I am looking at applying in Round 2 (best case) and Round 3 (worst case scenario.)
It's a bit complicated but I ABSOLUTELY need scholarships / funding to cover the costs.
My main concern is how likely this is, given that I have missed the early round deadlines.
For reference I am 27M / 740 GMAT / 3.2 GPA / 5 years work experience in real estate.

It's obviously much more likely in R2 than in R3. No point worrying about R1.
Maybe consider Georgetown, Babson or Vanderbilt?

Scholarships will still be available for the best candidates, but maybe a bit less so than in round 1.
Your approach seems pretty well thought out. Maybe choose another school at a similar level as Emory to hedge your bets even more.
What are your goals after you graduate?
