Course fee is also minor compariable to the unies u have provided.

What's your budget? There are a lot of MBA programs in the LA area that are less expensive than USC and UCLA.

Check out Mount St. Mary, their fees are substantially less the schools you mentioned. Also, Pepperdine offers a one-year program, that while it costs more than a single year at many schools, is much cheaper overall, because it's only one year long.
