I am from a developing country and I am looking for an MBA on a budget. What do you think of these options?

BYU - Marriott
Urbana - Champaign
Columbia - Trulaske

Any suggestions are welcome!

BYU is solid, so is UIUC. Instead of Trulaske I would point you to Texas A&M and Uni of Tennessee at Knoxville.

Thanks for your input. Any particular reason why Trulaske is a bad choice?

It's probably not a "bad" choice in absolute sense. But relatively speaking it's not in the same league with BYU, UIUC, Texas A&M etc which are top ~ 30-40. These schools are not Nationally strong like Harvard/MIT but they have strong regional reputation with national outreach.

UT Knoxville is in the next tier - a regional school with a huge college football team - so people know about the school. Trulaske is probably a tier below UT Knox when it comes to MBA program.

Great suggestions. Given the cost of the Wisconsin program vs. Trulaske, Wisconsin sounds like a really good bang for the buck.

Wisconsin is a very solid & affordable program. The job prospects are great since its very close to Chicago, Minneapolis, Milwaukee.
I live in the region & i totally recommend Wisconsin over Trulaske.
