please find below a list of Universities offering an MBA at an affordable price. What do you think is the best option? Are they well recognised in the UK job market or could they just be a waste of time and money?

I don't know your goals, but I can't recommend any schools that doesn't have accreditation from ACCSB, EQUIS or AMBA. If you budget is limited, or of you don't have enough work experience, take an MSc at a good business school instead.
From your list, I think only Westminster has any of those accreditations.

Does Westminster's MBA still have AMBA accreditation or does it need to re-apply after the relaunch?

It doesn't seems to call itself accredited.
