I got an admission offer for an MBA from the University of Leeds (fees: 27k) , Southampton (fees: 25k), Strathclyde (fees: 22k) and Kent (fees: 15k) after a scholarship
which one is better in terms of ROI?
I have 5+ years of experience in the Digital marketing field, so I am planning to get a job in the UK in the same field or I am planning to move to management consulting
any suggestion?

I'm not sure if these courses align to your goals. As a marketing professional, I observe that there are very few MBA holders working in digital marketing. The CIM and IDM (former Institute for Direct and Digital Marketing) have been the main qualification bodies.
Management consultancy is a wide field. Are there firms that hire many management consultants from those MBAs? Take a look at How to use LinkedIn to find the best school www.find-mba.com/board/33571 (37k+views)

A Marketing MSc. at top schools like Imperial College (Strategic Marketing) and Warwick (Marketing & Strategy) and CIM’s Level 6 Diploma in Professional & Digital Marketing will give you all the leverage you need.
An MBA in the UK won’t move the dial for you if you intend to continue in Digital Marketing.
For Management Consulting, I assume you’re not thinking of the MBBs, yes? If you have your sight set on those, none of these schools will get you there. You have to go for GMAT schools - LBS, Oxbridge etc.
Why don’t you think of a Marketing MSc. with a top school Instead and set your sights on top marketing/ad agencies like Accenture Song and Landor? There are myriad large ad agencies in the UK.
UK employers don’t respect your MBA as much as they respect your prior experience, especially if the MBA is not from an FT-ranked school. You’ve got solid experience in Digital Marketing, I’ll suggest you play to your strengths.
Yet, if you must absolutely accept any one of these offers, then I’ll pick Strathclyde over the rest in a heartbeat.

This is good advice. If by 'management consultancy' they are looking at, for example, a digital marketing role at Accenture Interactive or Deloitte Digital, then an MBA will signal that they are not committed to digital marketing.
