MBA

Hello everyone

I’m looking to pursue MBA (Distance learning-online), I’m working as a Material & Procurement Specialist in a Corporate and my aim is to move further in a managerial level path.

I had narrow down with two universities that I can afford

1) Manchester metropolitan - with triple crown accreditation

2) University of Leicester- with only AMBA accreditation .

Your advice in this regard is highly appreciated and I appreciate if any recent alumni can share his experience with any of the above mentioned universities.

I don't think you will find alumni here. Try LinkedIn!

I personally don't think the 'triple crown' adds much value over a school that has just one or two of the main accreditations. Much more important is post-MBA employment results and network.

LinkedIn is a great first step: look at the grads from the schools and see what kinds of positions they're in and at what firms.

If you can stretch your budget a bit, Durham or Bradford would certainly be worth considering and definitely worth the additional investment.
