I have received unconditional offers for an MBA from Durham University Business School, Lancaster School of Management and University of Edinburgh Business School.
Although the rankings suggest that Durham MBA is ranked higher than the other two mentioned above. However, I have received a 50% Scholarship from Lancaster which makes it difficult to choose. Moreover, it is quite noticeable that Lancaster rankings have dropped steeply pushing it out of the top 100 FT Global MBA rankings.

Ignore the scholarship, and thus Lancaster. Compare the alumni networks. Does Edinburgh's optional extra semester abroad add value for you? Durham cohort is a little more junior.b

Yes, the scholarship is smokescreen. It's definitely not worth trading a bit of short-term convenience for the long-term outcomes that Durham or Edinburgh would provide.
