Honestly I don't think there is a highly viable path. Go to Canada and take the fourth year.
Cranfield school of management vs. Trinity college Dublin

Or at least no pathway that is equally viable without the Cranfield course. Is thebSchulich MBA available in India? How about a top up BA online or the LSE diploma for graduates?

If you don't want to do 4th year of bachelor level studies, then Ireland seems the best choice for you
With your cranfield admit, you may have good chance at UCD
The two year visa will help you a lot in landing a job in Ireland, and soon after you are anywhere in Europe (the visa is probably a schengen visa so you will be able to work anywhere in Europe for two years - you have to check on that, I am not sure)
Still it matters a lot the work permit. Even without university services from a lower-ranked Irish school, your chances to find job in the two year period, are most likely better than looking for job in North America without visa. Not many companies are willing to sponsor
If you end up in an Irish school without good placement, you have to budget for some months of unemployment while you look for job. It may not be needed, but just in case
P.S. Of course, going to cranfield is an excellent choice, if the UK is on your list of countries to work in.
So Cranfield+UK or Ireland
