The best MBA programs in sports management tend to be in the US: SDSU and USF, specifically.

In the UK the only accredited MBA program in sports that I am aware of is Loughborough's International Sports Management MBA.

However, as has been discussed previously on this message board, the effectiveness of using an MBA - or pretty much any other educational qualification - to land a job in a sports club, is at the best questionable. Ask the schools directly about expected career outcomes for these programs.

Another option is to do a general MBA program at the best school you can get into, and do an internship with a sports club during the program. I don't know if a specialization in sports would add that much value when you are looking for jobs in the field; rather, a ranked MBA from a school with strong career services might be even better. Plus, this keeps your post-MBA career options open, since sports isn't the easiest of fields to break into. :)
