My profile is as follows:
Work ex - 5.5 years overall
2.5 years in a State owned bank as Asst. manager
1 year full time community service in an NGO
1.5 years in a German Based Manufacturing company
6.5 months in another manufacturing company
Co-curriculars
On national duty during national general elecions
CR for the class for 2 out of 4 years of UG course
CSR activities in my current tenure
Academics
UG GPA - 7.7/10 from a reputed pvt university in Mechanical Engineering
12th - 86%
10th - 89%.
Besides, two problems are being an Indian and a male but not from IT background, although my profile seems diversified
That said, my GMAT is way too low i.e. 620(V-27, Q- 48, AWA-4.5, IR-6). Retook the test after 2 months but got 610 hence cancelled the score. What are my chances if i apply to the below mentioned schools.
1) Trinity College Dublin (avg gmat 625 as per mba.com website)
2) Alberta Business School (its own page states low avg gmat of 612, surprised)
3) JMSB - Concordia
4) HEC Montreal
5) Katz Pittsburgh
6) HHL Leipzig
7) WHU - Otto
8) ESMT Berlin
9) Mannheim (but looks i don't stand a chance at all as its the top most in Germany)
10) SUNY
11) Babson Olin(surprised to see a low avg GMAT when it got comparable reviews at par with Harvard & ETH Zurich from some threads in Quora & beatthegmat).
After MBA I want to pursue a job in the financial or consulting sector anywhere in Canada or Europe. Any other reputed B-School that can be suggested to apply with this low score? Although I am not aiming at the top schools of the Ivy leagues.
