in the two year programms the tuitions are for each year or the tuition are once given in the first year and then someone looks just to the other expenses

i check it but only in michigan state university they clarify that the tuition is 39500 for each year!!!

I think it is normal with two year programmes, especially in the US, to give tuition per year or per credit. Often the International Office of the graduate school will have an document summarising the annual average cost of attendance.
