Some Advice Please

I have a GMAT score of 560 and 7 yrs of work exp. in Human Resources in India's top Oil Marketing company. I also have a prior MBA (2005-07) in HR from IMT Ghaziabad (this B School is amongst top 15 in India).

What MBA colleges would be interested in my kind of profile??

PS - I'm a female in my early 30's.

What are your career goals? Specifically, where do you want to end up after graduation?

In general, I strongly advise you to retake the GMAT and try for at least 650 or preferably higher. This is because for the best benefits, you'd want to do a ranked MBA program.

You might want to start by reading of Duncan's "GMAT tiers" post:

You'll find that even the schools at the bottom of the list -- like SC Moore, Leeds, Georgia Terry, etc -- take students who have GMAT scores between 620 and 660, on average.
