I saw a good chart in the New York Times this morning that synthesized the results of a survey that asked employers to rank universities based on the employability of their graduates. The employers were from 20 different countries, including the US, Germany, Australia, Brazil, Great Britain, and China. This survey didn't specifically address business schools, but it gives you a good idea of university brand awareness in general. Here are the top 15 schools:
1. Harvard
2. Yale
3. Cambridge
4. Oxford
5. Stanford
6. MIT
7. Columbia
8. Princeton
9. Imperial College London
10. Goethe University
11. Peking University
12. Heidelberg
13. HEC Paris
14. Tokyo Institute of Technology
15. London School of Economics (LSE)
