What do you consider to be affordable? Probably most online masters in healthcare management will be master of science degrees rather than MBAs. I would suggest you start with Boston College, Florida, Imperial, College Johns Hopkins, Penn State, Rutgers, Sheffield and UT Dallas.

Many of the online MBAs in healthcare that you'll find will be more like Executive MBA programs - aimed at professionals with experience in the healthcare industry. If that's the case with you you might want to check out George Washington's Online Healthcare MBA program, for instance (without of course knowing what you mean by affordable.)
If you don't have experience in the industry, your options are probably either to do a general online MBA, or pursue a niche program at a smaller school. I know, for example, that Western Governors University offers an online MBA in healthcare.
