I would like to know which countries / universities offer the cheapest MBA fulltime programs ? (in English, but not necessarily in an English speaking country)

So far I've been able to find some with tuition fees around £10k.

btw: Does anybody, know a comparison regarding tuition fees on the web (?), because its really hard to check all the websites of every considerable university....
