Hello,
I just got admitted into the MSc in Marketing program in University of Edinburgh and ESCP London/Paris Campus.
I'm having difficulty deciding on which school to choose as I've heard good things about both. My goal is to land a job in UK (in a good MNC company) as I'd like to get some international exposure. Apart from education quality, which school is better in helping me land a role?
I checked the campus online and noticed that ESCP is kind of small compared to the other business schools I've seen. I don't know if that's a significant factor.
I would really appreciate it if someone could help me choose the better option.

What sort of marketing role would you like in an MNC? ESCP felt very b2c when I visited their centre for marketing. I think their campus is bigger than the UoE business school but, of course, you don't have the whole university there.

Thanks for your response Mr. Duncan!
I’m looking for a brand manager role. From what I’ve researched, the ESCP school name on your CV helps get offers from luxury brands all over the world.
However, I wanted to which of the two is better in helping land roles in UK since thats my goal.
Also, ESCP being B2C would be a negative thing?

It's positive if you want to work in B2B or B2C (because the move to ABM and CSM moves the two closer).

And overall speaking, which would be the better choice?

There are no overall choices. There are your goals and values, and your hypothesis about where you can add the most value. Because I don't need a visa I would pick ESCP but you need to check if that pathway there gives you the UK post study work visa. That is a huge asset if you cannot already work in French.

Yes, fortunately, ESCP (6 months in london and 3 in France) does give 2 years post study visa in UK. I checked with them.
if ESPC offers the same reputation and networking quality as UoE in UK, then it would be the best of both worlds and I’d go for it.
currently trying to find out the employability of ESCP graduates in London

I was pretty sure you needed 12 months in the UK for the visa. If you have it from them in writing, I would confirm with an expert.

if ESPC offers the same reputation and networking quality as UoE in the UK
It obviously won't nationally: Edinburgh is one of the world's top universities, with a huge alumni network. What matters is the fit of the alumni networks with your target roles.

Edinburg will be much much stronger in the UK. ESCP in France. Depends on where you want to live and work afterwards ;)

Thank you Andy and Duncan for your prompt responses!
I appreciate the time you took to guide me.

I just noticed the edit. Can you please tell me what those abbreviations mean ????

ABM is account based marketing. CSM is customer success management.
