Considering that getting an MBA abroad usually ties you in to that particular country in terms of good work opportunities, I was curious if studying at an institution such as Frankfurt School in Germany would open doors also to Austria and (German speaking) Switzerland. Any thoughts on this? Cheers.

No, i think language skills will matter more than the degree. Also, graduates in a country normally have better visa rights.
