yesterday i got admission in two US colleges
Iowa tippe with 50% tuition waiver
KATZ mba with 30 % tution waiver
I still inclined on HHL as germany has better economy than US and encouraging foreigners.
Still language is a problem i guess
can anybody help in taking a decision
I have completed A1 german. I want to work in few years in German or USA and come back in india

I think this depends on your career goals. I don't think a one year programme like HHL is a good for someone who does not already speak German at the professional level and does not have work experience in the industry or country they are focussing on.
If you have two years to invest, which is what Iowa would mean, then you might be better off going to Germany for an intensive German course (e.g http://www.uni-leipzig.de/~interdaf/index.html ) before HHL.
I'd take a look at:

Do you need to speak the local language? www.find-mba.com/board/34713
