MBA in Germany

Hi all

I am looking to pursue an MBA from one of the top colleges in Europe with preference for Germany. I am already an MBA from a business school in India with over 7 years of work experience primarily in commercial banking and international trade finance. I also hold a computer engineering degree. My GRE score is 328 (GMAT equivalent 710) and IELTS 8. Please help me with the initial assessment of my chances for few of the best colleges in Europe (especially Germany). My post MBA choice of career would be in a strategy or consulting role. Any help will really be appreciated.

How good are your written and spoken German? German schools obviously tend to favour candidates who can be successful in the local labour market, and client-facing roles like strategy and consulting need excellent local language skills; communication skills better than those of the average German.

Why are you looking at Germany specifically?

You should clarify your career goals - what industry do you want to work in? I'm assuming you plan on returning to India after graduating.

Also, it would be good to know the breakdown of your GRE score (verbal / quant).
