You won't be able to attend an accredited MBA in Europe without three years' work experience, so look for MSc degrees. In Europe you might find more courses called work/organizational/managerial/occupational psychology: Organizational behavior is US.

I know of an MSc program in Human Resource Management at Rotterdam, maybe look into that one?
If you're willing to expand your search a bit, you'll find that there are a ton of UK business schools that offer MSc programs in Human Resources or Organizational Behavior: LSE, Bath, Aston, Manchester, Cranfield... yada yada yada...

Take a look at this: http://www.best-masters.com/ranking-master-human-resources-management-in-western-europe.html
Also consider programmes in managerial psychology: Manchester Business School runs one, and other schools will as well. If you want to work in the UK, look for programmes with CIPD accrediation. Search the UK board here for CIPD for much more discussion.
