Can anybody recommend a full time MBA program in Europe, which still has applications available for fall 2015?
I am an EU citizen.

Most MBA programmes in Europe are still open if you are an EU citizen. Probably not most of the top 20, but if you are an interesting candidate then they might be interested. Certainly all the programmes in the DACHs region are still open.
Also consider programmes that are recruit in January and September, like HEC and EDHEC. You might admit you for January but waitlist you for September. It;s quite chaotic in the last weeks and it's nice for schools to have Europeans who can fill empty seats without the visa obstacle. Even at LBS there are seats opening up even in the first days of the course as people switch between top schools (of course they have a long waitlist already!).

Yes, I would suggest at least contacting the schools you are interested in, even if their deadlines have passed, just in case.
Otherwise:
- you still have a few days left to apply for the Lisbon MBA program
- Mannheim is still looking for people for their fall 2015 cohort, at least according to their website
- Cranfield is "still processing" applications for 2015 entry, according to its website. Not sure if that means they're still accepting, though
- Frankfurt's MBA applications close on August 1st

Wasn't ESSEC having trouble filling its Global MBA program this year? I thought I had heard that somewhere. I think the application deadline has closed, but it might be worth asking them as well.

Thanks everybody. I've contacted some of these business schools and will report back here if I hear anything.
