Hello
This is Avinash Darla, with work experience of 3+yrs in education industry from India. I have been going through various management programs offered in german universities. I would like to know if International Business is a prospective course at HTW Berlin. How prospective is it in regard of the future aspects as we complete the course there and the kind of opportunities that will be available at place like Berlin. Kindly suggest.

Of course Berlin is one of the poorest cities in western Europe, with a GDP per capita around half that of Munich (for example).

Hello Mr.Duncan
I have learned german as a foreign language during my graduation, but definitely i have to take the course again to become a good speaker.
According to the information provided by you. Being a poor place i dont think i can expect work opportunities there. But still i am ready to migrate to other places once i am done with my course.
In-between is their chances of working part time during the course tenure in and around berlin ?

On the European common language framework, how good is your German now?
I think you know that Germany is a profoundly regional economy, without a national labour market. Study where you want to work. There are few jobs in Berlin, and they will be medial and contested. Around Berlin there are lakes and landscape.

Thanks Mr.Duncan
I shall apply for the program at HTW and firstly hope for the admission. Meanwhile i will go through few other programmes by other universities also and apply for them.
I understood that one can expect work opportunity only after being a good speaker of german language. And i shall try for that. I hope that will be a right step to take if yet all i land in HTW.
