Hello,
I got offers from both School and I need to pay the deposit very soon.
I'm a French living in Paris, I've been waitlisted by CBS, Kellogg and will apply to Wharton and HBS for R2. I think that Wharton and CBS might have a chance.
My Post mba goal: MBB strategy consulting (Plan B) in US office or Dubai office ONLY
and also give a try for small/mid sive PEVC (Global Office accepted) Even I can only get into MBB, after 3 years, I'll still try to pivit into PEVC.
Note: not considering sell-side IBD as a pathway to PEVC at all.
The thing is INSEAD is the most-ecominic choice, 30k cheaper than LBS, but it requires 11k deposit fee, wheras only 4k for LBS
But in term of reputation, all the MBA students that I talked to during my school visit to all M7 school, they told me LBS is much more selective. And the best for PEVC, but not as strong as INSEAD in term of MBB employment.
What do you think my friends?
INSEAD or LBS

If you want to work in the US don't go to Insead or LBS: they cannot place non-Americans into US MBB. Study in the US.
PS Insead is cheaper for a reason: because it's fairly priced. A flight inside Europe is also cheaper than a transatlantic flight, but it doesn't have the same destination.

Thanks for the reply, but as I mentionned, for MBB, I accept Dubai /UAE Office too, and for PEVC is for global office.
It's not the question to go to US school, its the problem that whether US M7 will acepte me or not. For example, if Im not accpeted by wharton cbs or kellogg, I will go to the school that I paid deposit LBS/ INSEAD
I know there might be 2nd tier school S16 or other M7(but they will be more difficult), they would be prety good for MBB, but Im not really consider them. M7 or INSEAD LBS is my exclusive list

Then you have to change your goals. A European school won't place a non-American into a US MBB role. So if you focus is on Insead or London then select a different goals. On the other hand, if your focus is on US MBB schools then you might need to consider other US schools.
