Hi,
I am confused about selecting between ESB and HS Esslingen for my MBA studies.
Which school is a better choice? (in terms of curriculum, faculty, industry network and career prospects)
Best Regards.

These schools have been discussed quite a bit on the discussion board, maybe do some searching...
What are your goals? If you don't speak German and want to work in Europe you may want to think about pursuing an MBA that has international accreditation - from AMBA, EQUIS, or AACSB - in order to hedge your bets.
These schools will have very little in terms of networking outside the country, and finding a job in Germany without speaking German will be very hard.

Both schools are deep in the auto industry in Germany. Do you want to work in the auto industry? Are you already?

Hi, I am not the first poster but I am also interested in these schools especially Reutlingen. What can you tell me about the career opportunities? I speak German at the B1 level and I would like to work in the auto industry (or another field that can use my supply chain background.) Thanks!

This could be something you could research for yourself: How to use LinkedIn to find the best school www.find-mba.com/board/33571

Getting from B1 to fluency will be quite a bit of work, and I'm not sure that's possible within the one-year span of the MBA. Complete fluency will be especially important, considering the industry you're looking at and the cultures of the firms within it.
Can you take some time for language immersion before doing the MBA? It would help.
I think that German language fluency + an MBA from Reutlingen is a solid approach for your goals.

I guess the Reutlingen program starts in January which is too soon to do any kind of immersion or classes in between. That would mean putting off the MBA until 2021 which is not ideal for my situation but manageable. Something to think about at least.

Why is that too soon?
