Hi Charmlu,
I don't know much about career prospects after such an MBA, but I know that Toulouse Business School offers an aerospace MBA which is accredited by the Association of MBAs. Toulouse is the main aerospace center in Europe, so I would guess it has good connections with employers.
Concordia University in Canada also offers an aviation MBA and the school is AACSB-accredited, and for North America in general you could check the Council on Aviation Accreditation web site,
http://www.caaaccreditation.org/intro.html
It seems they only accredit Bachelor degrees, but you could research the universities that have this type of accreditation and see if their MBA programs look good.
Finally, I also remember that someone else in this board (username: gainer.in) has been asking about those programs. Perhaps you could directly get in touch with him/her and see what he/she has found out.

I would recommend the MSc Air Transport Management at City University or Cranfield University, if you are experienced and want an "Exec" modular approach.

Good call. HEC Paris also has some interesting aviation-oriented executive courses, such as this certificate:
http://www.nextexecutive.com/courses/1904
For US-based aviation execs, there's a lot of good ones at Virginia - Darden as well, like this:
http://www.nextexecutive.com/courses/5480
However, for mid-level managers or people who want to career switch into an aviation or aerospace role, the University of Tennessee at Knoxville's Aerospace and Defense MBA program is hard to beat.
