Modules to focus on key Swiss industries, such as luxury goods and pharmaceuticals

Switzerland's University of St. Gallen has this month launched a series of new industry-specific MBA electives.

The new electives focus on four key industries in Switzerland: Banking & Financial Services, Manufacturing, Luxury Goods and Pharmaceuticals. Each elective module lasts for 2.5 days, and includes workshops and case studies, and are delivered in cooperation with Swiss companies.

The new elective modules are intended to expose MBA students to the challenges faced in the key Swiss sectors, since many St. Gallen alumni end up working in Switzerland.
