UNC and Tsinghua University Launch Joint EMBA Program in Engineering

New dual-degree program taught in Beijing and Chapel Hill

University of North Carolina's Kenan-Flagler Business School and China's Tsinghua University have launched a new joint Executive MBA program focused in engineering, according to a UNC press release.

The new program allows students to receive an EMBA from UNC and a Master of Engineering Management (MEM) from Tsinghua over the course of 20 months. During the Tsinghua part of the program, students meet in Beijing one weekend per month. The UNC portion is delivered through two 16-day sessions in Chapel Hill. The program also includes residencies in the Netherlands, the United Arab Emirates, and the US.

The program is primarily designed for executives in China who want to broaden their business and technical skills.
