real tuition fee

Hello all,

I am trying to calculate all my expenses in order to be well prepared during my stay in the USA. However "tuition fee" makes me a little bit confused. Most of the business schools gives that information on their web site under the cost-financial aid or some other similar page. What I see is always similar:
"first year budget", "estimated nine months budget", etc...

Let's take Columbia Business School as an example:
You can see following list on their web site:
ESTIMATED STUDENT BUDGET

Tuition (0?21 points/term): $60,720
Mandatory fees: $4,087
Health services and insurance: $2,291
Books and supplies: $900
Room and board: $20,700
Personal expenses: $4,590
Total first-year budget: $93,288

What is that mean exactly? The program lasts two years.
So, the tuition fee for two years is $60,720 and I am supposed to pay all of them in the first year?
or Am I supposed to take all the credits in the first year and there will be some internship on the second year?

The rest of the costs are just estimation. I am aware of that. Of course they depend on the person, and his/her life style. (Or not?) What I want to know is,

the mention tuition fee is for one year and there will be another part on the second year too OR is it all?

Thanks in advance.

Those are the annual costs. You pay that much tuition in both years.
