Where can I find a MBA program for healthcare quality assurance in U.S, all that I can find is the healthcare management MBA and the healthcare administration MBA.

There are some US programs, such as Columbia, Boston University, Rutgers, Vanderbilt/Owen, Harvard, and some others.

Otherwise, you might consider an MBA/MHA (masters in health administration) dual-degree program - I know Cornell offers a program like this.
