i havent taken my GMAT yet, are there any good schools which accept MBA applications without a gmat score

If you are talking about US only, I didn't come accross any good school o requiring your GMAT for admission. I guess in other parts of the world like Asia you can possibly find an MBA without, but for the US I would be very surprised!

After Julian's explanation, you can see that the GMAT has the function to identify the best student out of the mass of people applying. Anyways, if you don't feel yourself prepared for the GMAT, you should work on that, because if you can't succeed the GMAT, you won't be able to do an MBA either, I'm sorry to say...
