Some volunteer experience
Good references/letters of recommendations.
My goal is to work in a large and well established tech firm like Amazon, eBay, Microsoft, etc.

These firms hire a lot of MBAs. Look at this list:
http://find-mba.com/lists/top-business-school-by-speciality/top-business-schools-for-technology-or-information-technology-it
For the US schools listed there - Sloan, Carnegie Mellon, Washington Foster, etc. - you'd probably want a GMAT score of 700+.
Looking further down the BW rankings, though, there are a few schools that have decent placements in tech firms, which you might have a better shot at. For instance:
W&M Mason
Babson
NCSU Poole
Cincinnati
Getting your GMAT score higher might be a good idea, though.

It took everything that I had to get a 620, I can't imagine what it would take to get 700!!
I will look into the schools that you suggested. Thank you for your advice.

I recently graduated from Mason School of Business - College of William and Mary, let me know if I can address any queries regarding the program.
