Any special factors to take into consideretion in order to tip the scale? They seem both to be solid choices. I must say that DC sounds more attractive than Atlanta for several reasons. Employment rates are not far off between them. Goizueta seems to offer a stronger focus on consulting as well.

IB tends to be a very small, niche field that unless you go to Harvard / Stanford, your success will most likely depend on a lot of external factors (who you know and whether you already have experience in IB).
Of these schools, Georgetown feels more appropriate for a lot of reasons (stronger placements in finance overall and closer to the big IB firms). A stronger school (Wharton for instance) would be better.
Have a backup plan.
