One year MBA programs are rare in the US. Only a handful of US schools that I know offer one-year programs. Here are a few off the top of my head.
Babson
Warrington
Kellogg
Emory/Goizueta
Cornell
Many of these will offer concentrations in operations and some will provide them in manufacturing. Most likely, though, it will be easier to stick to a general MBA rather than a specialized one - because the extra courses may be too much for the one-year format. I know that Cornell offers a great "Semester in Strategic Operations" where students visit about 20 companies to understand real world operations, for example - but this would probably not fit into a one year schedule. Check with the schools themselves to see if they even offer concentrations in their one-year programs.
