An MBA is a general management qualification, rather than something specific to one sector. So any good MBA should help you to progress in healthcare.
I'd say all four of your shortlisted schools are strong, with Warwick perhaps being the least well regarded overall.

Brunel is a great suggestion. As far as I know, it's the only accredited MBA program in the UK with a specialization in healthcare. There's also the Nottingham EMBA in healthcare - depending on your experience level.
