Greetings,
I hope you all are well and safe.
I have just received 2 offers for Executive MBA programmes from CASS (evenings) and Warwick (London evenings), both with scholarship (I believe this is the standard for self-funding candidates). I have studied the available rankings and find that (on the relevant factors for me) both programmes are quite similar. I researched the alumni on my key benchmark companies, and again both programmes perform similar. Both campuses are at walking distance from my current office.
I wonder if someone here would have some experience or qualitative views on the differences in the curriculum and/or the delivery of both schools?
My background :
I am an Architect and Urban Designer with 11+ years in Real Estate development and management, programme & project management (PPM), and investment & financial modeling for RE, in Brazil. I moved to London in 2019 and currently work as Senior Programme Manager in one of the world's top3 Design & Engineering Consultancies. I used this lockdown extra-time to acquire some UK certifications and short-courses in PPM and Real Estate Economics and Finance (LSE)
My objectives with the MBA are:
- Build-up management and strategy skills to move up from a operations/consultancy to a corporate/strategy position.
- Add a UK-recognized and valued academic name to my CV
- Build-up local network
I appreciate any information or qualitative views on both schools that may help me make my decision.
Thanks,
