Make it fast.I think total intake is mere 40 to 45 students. At the same time it is not much difficult. All the best.

Aston>Durham>Bradford
By next year Bradford is also going to become triple accredited university. As far as FT rankings is concerned though Brad gets triple accre. I think all of a sudden Brad cant go ten steps ahead and go near Aston or durham. But possibilities are there.See FT rankings.Aston has got good career links.

Hi Susee,
But the selection process of Bradford and Durham are a bit tough. However Aston seemed very easy as they didnt even hv an interview call .
Suggest?

Hi Yagna,
Since you had a interview, it does not mean that, they are superior. What was your GMAT score?.That would help me to put some comments.
Aston has got a very good industry links when compared to others.I guess you had posted a good GMAT score.Perhaps that would have helped you to get admissions in Aston.Other wise it is tedious to get in.
But again, honestly speaking,I have not tried for Aston,so its bit difficult to make a comment on them. But over all they are genuine.

GMAT matters Yagna..........Those are entry level norms..If you post a test then that will take you to next step.Though my score is less but that was the passport for my admissions. My exp negotiated for weak areas.
In general people will say,it is not required........But if you wish to get in top order than I prefer GMAT.I think that is the yardstick....

In all aspects Aston leads......

One of my friend is doing MS program over there......I think MBA should be considered as a long term invst rather than short term invst.....People have different views.....Perhaps current situation is not attractive...Think after 5 yrs....By avoiding a MBA you could have saved some 25k to 30k....After some time even if you think to do a MBA program it may not be feasible...Your age, family conditions, cost may not allow you to focus on your studies. It is true that many foreign students do their studies even at the age of 50....But do you think,is it feasible for a Indian family guy.......I think our culture may permit us to focus on next generation(your kids) only....
I too was in dilemma when I start my preparation......But now got some clarity...........In case of worst scenario you may get a placement here for 12 to 15 lacs p.a...Yesterday I checked with Great Lakes placement report......You need not worry...
